Equity Based Lending, LLC is a true private money, asset-based lending company.
Our mission is to allow borrowers to pledge just about anything legal for loan collateral providing we can have it appraised, control it and have an exit strategy to liquidate the collateral quickly for a profit in the event of a borrower default.
We typically provide 3 to 18 month financing for loans starting at $20,000 with no maximum.
Our company philosophy was derived by our founder and Managing Partner, Randy Stone, who experienced his own frustrations while pursuing conventional and private capital to fund his real estate acquisitions and other entrepreneurial endeavors during the first 15 years of his career.

Randy graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Syracuse University. He has been an active real estate investor since 1988.
He has also been a successful licensed general contractor and owner of a custom building and remodeling company since 1998.
J. Gary Grant
Manager of Investor and Client Services
J. Gary Grant has recently joined our team as our Manager of Investor and Client Services. Gary has over 25 years experience working with individual investors in both public and private companies facilitating private placement of debt and equity investments.
His experience, includes, but is not limited to, undeveloped land (both already zoned and “subject to” rezoning), cost segregation, multi-family, shopping centers, low-income housing, mobile home parks, equipment leasing and financing, infill residential development, land development, resort property, and various types of tax credit transactions.
During his tenure as a Registered Representative he established 2 broker-dealers and served as Registered Principal for both. He has considerable expertise in the area of compliance and is well-versed in the use of private investments inside of self-directed IRA accounts. In addition, he has years of experience in residential renovations and design.
Gary has a degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and has been a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina for over 45 years.
